internship: we are currently seeking students in their third or fourth year of university, or those who have graduated and are on parents’ sponsorship, majoring in Multimedia Design, Graphic design, Art, Fine Art or an equivalent discipline, to join our tokyo office.
This is an opportunity to expand your learning process by participating in projects from start to finish and interacting with our design teams. Our interns are placed on a specific creative team and assigned a mentor to help them navigate day-to-day worklife. After becoming fully integrated into their team, interns can expect to work collaboratively on a variety of projects including branding, packaging, information design, environmental design, multimedia design and more.

現在、artless Inc. は、日本語・英語・中国語 のトリリンガルチームによるグローバルとローカルを融合する多様な視点を軸に、ヴィジョンやアイデンティティの構築からのブランディングとクリエイティブディレクション、そして、包括的なブランドコミュニケーションデザインを行っています。
プロジェクトは、日本国内だけでなく、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ、アジア、オセアニアなど、グローバルなクライアントとの長期的なブランディングやブランドデザインが中心に行なっています。デザイン領域すべてのクリエイティブディレクションを行い、ブランドアイデンティティの構築にあたるB.I. 及びV.I. 、グラフィックやウェブなどのブランドコミュニケーション全般、そして、サイン計画、建築やインテリアなどの空間におけるフィジカルなデザインディレクションまで領域を跨ぐ包括的なブランドデザインを行っています。

グラフィックデザイナー
（グラフィック／ウェブ／サイネージ／タイポグラフィ）
業務内容：
・ヴィジュアルコミュニケーションを軸としたコンセプトプランニングとデザイン
・ VI の構築
・ ロゴ、グラフィック、サイン、ウェブ、UI、インターフェースデザイン
・デザインガイドライン策定
・クライアントコミュニケーション
必須スキル（いずれかの実務経験）：
・グラフィック・ウェブデザイン領域におけるデザイン経験
・ブランド構築におけるグラフィックデザイン経験

・外部協力会社のアサインとマネージメント
